The second volume contains the comparative text printed from the five editions.
Bound in 1980 by Sangorski & Sutcliffe. Full red niger morocco, covers elaborately decorated in gilt, spine with five raised bands, decoratively tooled and lettered in gilt in compartments, gilt ruled board edges and turn-ins, marbled endpapers [and] full red cloth housed in a fleece-lined quarter red morocco clamshell case, spine with five raised bands, decoratively tooled and lettered in gilt in compartments. Both volumes housed together in the original fleece-lined red cloth with rectangular marbled paper panels. Minimal fading to spines otherwise fine.
