Bound by Zaehnsdorf ca. 1900 in three quarter dark blue calf over marbled boards, smooth spine decorated in gilt and with red morocco label lettered in gilt, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt.
The first edition appeared in two parts in 1844-1846. There were several reissues in one volume from 1846 on.
